Donate to support children facing violence at Christmas

Every year, family violence spikes at Christmas. This means thousands of children need your help. 14% of children under 15 have experienced family violence. Australia is in a family violence crisis, and we need more help than ever to support children to recover from their trauma.

Our past appeals

Junies Story Spring

Break the cycle of violence for Junie

Family violence often repeats from generation to generation. That’s certainly how it played out for Junie, whose mum and dad only knew violence and abuse. They didn’t know what a loving family was and so, they couldn’t give this to Junie.

Without early intervention and support, Junie’s story is likely to end just like it started, with trauma. Please help Junie and kids just like her to have a happy ever after.

Can you help break the cycle of family violence?

It’s estimated that children are present in 1 in 3 family violence call outs attended by police. Pippa spent many years living in a home with constant violence and now she needs support to process her trauma. Unfortunately, family violence is increasing but there is still so much we can all do to help. Your gift can help to break the cycle of family violence so children like Pippa can grow up free from abuse and neglect.
