Richard was generous, experienced and provided an excellent day of learning for the participants. Listening to him share stories from his own work allowed us to connect ideas and strategies we were learning to actual contexts. The small group allowed Richard to 'deep dive' into our complex cases and provide each of us with incredible insight and advice. I would highly recommend this training to others.
